Mentoring agreement form: To be signed in the presence of the department head and renewed annually for tenure track faculty and lecturers who have been at UMD for less than five years.
Annual planning form: This form is meant to help mentoring teams set concrete and realistic goals for the upcoming year. Tenure track faculty must submit a copy of this form to their Department Head.
