Your Academic Advisor
EE majors are required to attend a group advising session or meet with their academic advisor each semester to discuss the upcoming semester and to obtain a registration hold release.
Students are encouraged to meet their assigned academic advisor as often as needed to discuss curriculum choices, professional interests, and any other topics as they pursue their electrical engineering education. Students who have questions about any part of the EE program should see their advisor.
If you wish to change your academic advisors, please use SCSE Advising's Advisor Change Request form found here.
NOTE: It is not necessary to choose your academic advisor for Senior Design, UROP or other research opportunities, or Independent Study, or Coop/Internship. You may choose this advisor from the department faculty.
