Assistant Professor & Learning Lab Coordinator
My research involves predictive analytics on student success in freshman STEM courses and cross-cultural analysis of STEM attitudes. Especially attitudes that influence math efficacy and performance. Most specifically, I use multivariate modeling (mostly structural equation modeling and hierarchical linear modeling) for research focusing on how motivation and growth mindset in STEM affects student academic outcomes.
