Open to All Faculty

The SCSE Mentoring Program is available to all faculty at all ranks. 

Participation is mandatory for four types of faculty:

1. Term Faculty with less than 5 years experience at UMD
2. Tenure-track faculty
3. Associate Professors until promotion
4. Faculty at any rank who are new to UMD

Term faculty with more than five years experience and Full Professors are strongly encouraged to participate in the mentoring program.
