Bio:
Jon Halter, P.E., is a professional engineer with over two decades of experience providing consulting engineering services to public and private clients throughout Minnesota and the Upper Midwest. His project experience includes street and utility improvements, park projects, utility tunnels on college campuses, industrial rail spurs, and commercial shopping center developments. He has also served as consulting city engineer for several Central Minnesota communities. In addition to his consulting experience, Jon worked at Target Corporation, where he supported new store development by guiding site design and development negotiations. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from South Dakota State University and a MBA from West Texas A&M University. Jon is excited to teach the Leadership and Organizational Strategy course where he can share his real‑world engineering experience with students at the University of Minnesota Duluth.
