Darrell Andersen is a MN-based management consultant with over three decades of experience in project, program, and portfolio management, having led multimillion-dollar initiatives across industries like healthcare, insurance, agriculture, manufacturing and retail, including Agile transformations and PMO implementations for Fortune 500 companies. As an adjunct professor, he has taught project management courses at institutions such as the University of Akron, University of Minnesota, Hennepin Technical College, and University of Phoenix, bringing practical insights to both undergraduate and graduate students.
