2022-2023 Annual Faculty Letter
Annual Activity Report (AAR) is generated through Works. Please follow the SCSE AAR guidelines.
Form 25: Appraisals of Probationary Faculty or Form 25 editable version - evaluation of tenure-track faculty done once every year
Teaching evaluation agreement forms are due September 15. These are department-specific and have been provided to your Department Head.

Promotion & Tenure

Promotion and/or Tenure Consideration Form: required of probationary faculty and recommended for any tenured faculty who is not a full professor. Due to the Dean's office by September 30 of each year.

Performance Appraisal Materials:

Performance appraisals are to be completed by February 15, 2023 for the following groups Civil Service, AFSCME, Teamsters, and Academic P&A, including Post-Docs. The appraisals will again be completed using the Performance Appraisal Tool (PAT) The review period is January 1, 2022 - December 31, 2022.
