My research involves geographic information analysis in regional sustainability applications; including land-use and transit planning, rural community sustainability, hazard mitigation, and foodshed assessment and analysis. Under my direction, the Geospatial Analysis Center conducts both internal and external sales support projects that provide the GIS professionals of tomorrow with meaningful hands-on GIS experience while serving community geospatial analysis needs.
