Brief Bio
Mr. Maycock spent several years in the oil & gas industry, including 2 years in a design engineering role where he applied fundamental chemical engineering skills such as design, separations, thermodynamics, heat transfer, and material & energy balances in a classic industrial fashion. Â He also spent several years as a manufacturing engineer in the aerospace and oil & gas industries. Â He aims to bring this industry perspective into his teaching and make students more prepared for their careers. Â He is an avid golfer, and obsessive sports fan who hopes to eventually visit all 30 Major League Baseball stadiums (currently stuck at 21).
